The 7th annual Art in the Gardens event is supported by Main Sponsor - The Open College of the Arts. The event is held in Sheffield Botanical Gardens and is arguably the largest outdoor art event in the north of England with artists, craft makers and visitors coming from throughout the UK.
There is something for everyone; with premier artists located in the glass pavilions and tents, outdoor sculpture on the lawns, an open art exhibition, workshops by the Open College of the Arts, a huge variety of artists’ stalls, a children’s village with an exhibition from the Young Painters of the Year Competition, and so much more.
Adults £5, accompanied children under 16 free.
Free Park and Ride bus service from Tesco Abbeydale Road Park and Ride car park, every 20 minutes between 10am and 6pm.
Art in the Gardens Preview Evening
The Preview Evening on Friday 3rd September 6.30pm - 10.00pm, is a great opportunity to be amongst the first to view and snap up the bargains and favourite pieces of artwork on display whilst enjoying a wonderful summer's evening atmosphere in the gardens. £6 ticket admits two adults, available from the Botanical Gardens Gatehouse Gift Shop.
