Are you new to the Local Studies Library? Not sure where to begin? Confused by their indexes and microfilms?

Why not come along to a free introductory session. These 1 hour events aim to show you how to use the catalogues and indexes in the library. You’ll also find out how to use the microform machines and how to access photographs, maps and books.

There is no need to book, just simply turn up at the Local Studies Library on the First Floor in the Central Library.
