Additional Information: Elite runners 09:20 start. Other 10k runners start in waves up to 09:50. The Mini Run starts at 12:15 and Junior Run starts at 12:50
Its the fourth year that the event's been held in Sheffield. Runners on the 10k course will start in the City Centre, run along Penistone Road to Hillsborough Stadium, then return to the city centre. As the course is fairly flat, all runners have a great opportunity to set a personal best time.
Entries are now closed and there will be no "on the day" entries.
Information packs for previously registered competitors are being sent out in the post, but if you entered after 9am on Monday 31 August you will have to collect your race pack from Great Run Customer Services on Saturday 4 Sept between 1200 & 1600 in the Winter Garden, Surrey St. Sheffield.
The youngsters will have their opportunity to shine on Sunday in the Junior and Mini runs on a new City Centre course. Their races start at 1215.
