3 Dimensions is the new project from Acoustic Triangle - 14 concerts of major new works composed specifically for performance in some of England's most awe-inspiring spaces.
Malcolm Creese's acclaimed trio will be joined by six world-class string players for this grand tour of Cathedrals and Abbeys.
Award-winning composers Tim Garland and Gwilym Simcock have crafted original and eclectic pieces to produce an acoustic feast. The nine players will be placed all around the audience to create a three-diemsional soundscape that allows the music to echo and develop in extraordinary ways.
The music combines improvisational ingenuity, tonal variety and catchy grooves to make stunning use of the performane space.
