After over 1,500 worldwide shows, a chart conquering number 1 and a musical adventure to Senegal, Nizlopi are back with outstanding new studio album "Make it Happen", festival dates and a hot UK tour this October to bring this fresh collection of songs live and direct to the masses. The band will not be performing any shows any where in 2009 but will be spending the year writing, recording and traveling so this really is one of the last chances to get your Nizlopi live fix.
Known for their powerfully uplifting live shows there is something uniquely enchanting about the passionate mix of Luke Concannon’s soulful vocals and John Parker’s live beat boxing and double bass mastery, an engaging sound that has to be seen to be believed, and this new material reflects the bands achingly personal and consciously political approach to songwriting perfectly.
