Anjum Anand is the presenter of BBC2's "Indian Food Made Easy" and her last book, of the same name, was one of the top 10 cook books of 2007. Enjoy a delicious Indian feast based on Anjum's recipes which create food that is light, healthy and bursting with flavour. Anjum will talk about her life and work as a cook and give tips and techniques to create your own wonderful Indian meals at home.
