Negotiating is a common part of business, whether with a supplier or investor. Discover the key issues to help seal that deal. These free workshops are aimed at technology and knowledge based entrepreneurs, innovators and early-stage businesses with growth ambitions.

This workshop will highlight what makes a "win-win" situation and is sure to be popular with anyone venturing into a deal with an investor, client, supplier or a subcontractor. The main part of this workshop will be a practical hands-on session in which you try out your own negotiating skills.

This workshop will include: advice about the objectives and phases within a negotiation, not to mention the open and hidden agendas; assembling a negotiating team, knowing an effective approach, and planning workable concessions; useful tips on bargaining skills, how to listen, question and assert your business. The key speaker will be Greg Barker of Strategic Corporate Finance.
