Freedom Parade for the Yorkshire Regiment

Troops from the Yorkshire Regiment (formerly known as the Duke of Wellington's Regiment) will mark Sheffield's granting of "Freedom of the City" to them with a Freedom Parade. The event is taking place in the City Centre. The parade will begin at the City Hall and the soldiers will march to the Peace Gardens where they will assemble for a short ceremony, the parade will then continue down Fargate, Church Street and Leopold Street ending at Barkers Pool outside the City Hall. Everyone's welcome to watch the parade and the ceremony in the Peace Gardens.
